For nearly a decade, Sherrie has been building an advisory practice distinguished not simply by its production, but by the precision with which it continues to be assembled. Every advisor, every specialist, and every member of the broader practice reflects a singular philosophy: That the client experience should be met at the highest end of the market, and should be met with an equally exceptional standard of discretion and counsel, no matter who it is we meet.

As the founder of The Mediation House / MH, Sherrie has led her practice into a position of being a highly regarded Market Stalwart. MH Sourcebook, also founded by Sherrie, is the foundational and higher academia platform for research and continuous studies in the areas of logic, critical thinking, and communication, contributing to ongoing growth and development.

As an industry leader, The Mediation House is not only known for its success rate, but how it is introduced to the world through each individual on the MH leadership team. In the MH World, MH is a flagship company.

Sherrie got her roots working in Ross Perot’s Communications Strategic Business Unit at EDS, which cultivated the groundwork for her entrance into advocacy in the fields of communication, ombudsmanship and mediation, where she has mediated conflicts in the areas of family, elder care, commercial business, and pets.

Sherrie earned her B.S. in English from Pennsylvania-based Wilson College, and has been actively involved in improving the community by linking arms with several non-profits:  Advoz Mediation and Restorative Practices; CASA of Lancaster County; Lancaster County Office of Aging; and Hospice & Community Care.

Sherrie has also served as a TRS advisory board member with the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission, which reviews and improves communication programs for individuals with hearing and speech disabilities; served as a board member for the Council for Public Education; and has been a speaker for the Pennsylvania Business Women’s Forum.

Sherrie has also utilized the power of words as a published journalist and writer. Her work can be found in local newspapers and magazines. She has also taught creative writing classes for adults and children at several school districts, is known for her SARs at libraries, and contributed as a writing counselor at Camp Koala, a camp for grieving children who have lost a parent.

Sherrie is a member of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators; and a Gold member of A Global Society.
